Eurail Passes are available for travel by non-European residents, but there is confusion as to whether buying Eurail Pass in Europe is possible.
You can buy some Eurail Passes in Europe at major train stations that have a Eurail Aid Office. If you buy here though the prices are on average 20% higher compared to buying a pass before arriving in Europe.
If you are already in Europe and would like to buy a pass, you can either order a pass online and have it shipped to your hotel, or have it sent to your home address and have a trusted friend/relative send forward it on to you.
